The editors of International Journal of Damage Mechanics have decided to launch a special issue for ICDM-3. The publication of the special issue on IJDM includes the following steps:

1) Registration of ICDM-3 should be finished in time and a full paper should be submitted to the web system of ICDM-3 (http://www.icdm3.cn/) before the conference;

2) The preliminary review would be finished by the MS organizers during the conference and 1-2 papers could be recommended by each MS;

3) The extended full paper should be submitted to IJDM within six month after ICDM-3 as a special issue paper and the full process of review is required by IJDM.

Moreover, the journal Computer Modeling in Engineering and Sciences is also planning a special issue for ICDM-3. The procedure of publication is similar to that for IJDM. We will launch the formal call-for-papers ASAP.

The rest of papers are also planned to be published by a publisher after the conference as the proceedings of ICDM-3.
